This was so much fun to make! We had the Kinchan Bukkake Udon and the Seafood Japchae. I tried to juggle doing both of the recipes at the same time, and I was successful. We managed to have a lovely “Linner” [Lunch + Dinner] and there’s only juuuust enough room now for strawberry ice cream in my stomach!
Kinchan Bukkake Udon
2 ingredients for the Seafood Japchae dish
First up the udon dish…
What to say except this reminded me of a dish I had had while in Japan a couple years back. No complaints here other then I wish there had been more! I loved it!
Secondly…. Seafood Japchae….
You cant see much of the noodles below the massive tiger prawns I bought. I would just like to state for the record that this dish packed a punch of flavour and texture.
Overall Decision 5/5 – I cannot wait until I get to try making the next dishes!
Instructions: easy to follow, just pick which creation you’re going to do!
Complexity: super basic, it’s as complicated as you want to make it.
Freedom to experiment: It’s all on you baby! The pamphlet gives you suggestions on what ingredients you should use, but go wild!
Idiot Proof-ness: Totally is… If I can do it then so can you!
Would cook them again: Yes! Especially the Kinchan Bukkake Udon. That one was delicious!
